What is PeptiTools?

PeptiTools is a free peptide reconstitution and dosage calculator. It exists because the existing tools are either vendor-affiliated, ad-supported, or simply not accurate enough. We are none of those things. Enter your vial size, bacteriostatic water volume, and desired dose, and the calculator shows you exactly how many syringe units to draw and why.

The math

Every calculation on this site uses the same three-step formula. First: Concentration (mg/mL) equals vial size (mg) divided by BAC water volume (mL). Second: Injection volume (mL) equals your desired dose (mg) divided by concentration. Third: Draw units equals injection volume multiplied by the syringe unit scale (100 for U-100, 50 for U-50, and so on). That is it. No proprietary algorithm. The formulas are the same ones a pharmacist would use.

No vendor affiliation

We do not sell peptides. We do not manufacture peptides. We are not affiliated with any supplier. Where reference links to suppliers appear on peptide pages, they are clearly labeled. They do not influence the calculator results or editorial content.

Privacy and analytics

Your calculator inputs (vial size, BAC water, dose) never leave your browser. The last-used values are saved in localStorage on your device only. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymous site traffic: pages visited, session duration, and general geography. GA4 does not receive your calculator inputs, your name, or any personally identifying information. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out browser extension.
